Reservations

Event registration includes lodging.  WNPS and WTU have reserved the entire facility for this event due to the size of the group.  Due to the variation in lodging types, event registration fees are based on the accommodations chosen by the participant.  You will see that there are limits in each category based on availability.

These cabins pictured are home of the Suites.  The suites provide queen size beds, and full accommodation for visitors, including single, double and family sizing, of 1 or 2, or up to 4 people per suite.

The registration fee for a Suite stay is $340.00 per person.

Dormitory stay is available in rooms located in the lower lodge.  These beds / rooms are offered at a reduced rate of $300.00 per person

Finally, the last option is camping.  There are some spaces available for tent camping, as well as RV use.
This option is available at a rate of $275.00 per person.

Each registration option does have maximum capacity.  Once filled to that capacity only the remaining options will be available.

Please click on the appropriate option registration link.  If you this is listed as not available due to being sold out, then selecting an alternate option will allow for registration, until we reach the event capacity of 65 participants.
