Habitat: Prairies to rocky slopes; shrub steppe to oak or pine
woodland areas that are moist in spring
Bloom time: Early to late spring (depending on elevation)
Range: Vancouver Island south through Western Cascades to California
and up the Columbia River Gorge; along eastern flank of Cascades to Northern
Kittitas County
